We deliver high quality services which improve independence and inclusion, either directly or in partnership, for all people over the age of 50 in North Worcestershire. In the areas of Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest. These services include: • Information and Advice ( filling in forms, for example for the County or District Council, Benefit Entitlement, paying for care etc.) • Help at Home ( Gardening, Handyperson, Cleaning and Shopping) • Footcare • Social Activities • Lunch Club (Wyre Forest only) • Wheelchair Loan • Befriending and Telephone Befriending • Men in Sheds • Volunteering

We provide information and advice on a range of issues including Debt, Benefits, Housing, Employment, Relationships, Consumer, Law & Rights and Discrimination. Our aims are to : Provide the advice people need for the problems they face Improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. We operate an Outreach Drop-In Service at Redditch Town Hall on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings 9.30 am – 12 noon PLEASE NOTE -due to the pandemic we are closed to face to face drop in at both locations
