Description
Our Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Service, NEW Lifeline, provides support for people living independent lives. We install equipment into people’s homes that enables them to call into our 24/7 monitoring centre when they need emergency help or extra support. We can monitor the home environment, to keep service users safe, detect a potential fall and find those at risk of wandering. We provide a safety net to our service users and peace of mind to their families.
NEW Lifeline is a service provided by Redditch and Bromsgrove Councils, and although there is a subscription for self funding service users, we offer a 6 weeks free, no obligation, service when a referral is made through Refernet. This gives us time to refer the service user for a financial assessment, if appropriate, for a funded service.
