Our new Sensory Matters service provides information, advice and guidance to any adult in Worcestershire living with a sensory impairent, vision and hearing impairment Our Mission is to support blind and partially sighted people to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We support individuals with sight loss, their families, carers and friends. We also provide advice to professionals, members of the public, community groups and anyone else who wants to make a positive difference to the lives of people with sight loss. We have a large network of local and national professionals who we can call on to support us such as GP’s, opticians and other charities..

Age UK Worcester & Malvern Hills is an independent, local charity for over 50s, living in and around Worcester City. We offer a range of services aiming to enhance later life: Our core service is information and advice on issues of concern to older people. An at home Benefit form-filling service for those unable to attend the office. Services which help to alleviate loneliness and social isolation; such as Luncheon and social clubs and telephone & visitor befriending services. Services to help older people remain in their own homes for as long as they wish, include; a handyperson scheme for odd jobs, installing keysafes and grab-rails and a cleaning and shopping service. We also offer one-to-one, digital inclusion/computer classes from our Worcester Office.
