Whether someone is looking for friendly company, a little practical help or a safer way to remain at home, we create personalised arrangements that suit a wide range of needs and circumstances. Your trusted partner in shared living Share Home guides both homeowners and sharers through the process of sharing together, taking the time to understand your needs and preferences. We carry out checks and provide our bespoke licence agreement (the Share Home Agreement). In short, we do everything we can to help you achieve the best shared living arrangement. Uniquely adaptable Share Home can support people in different life situations: For those feeling lonely, a shared home can provide companionship and a sense of connection, helping to reduce social isolation. For individuals who need light support, such as help with shopping, cooking or day-to-day tasks, having a sharer around offers practical assistance. For people no longer feeling safe living alone, due to health needs or early stages of frailty, it provides a safe and lower cost living arrangement without the need to move into residential care. For people in hospital it can support hospital discharge, helping people return home sooner and provide a long term supported solution at home.

Cloud Nine provides compassionate, hands-on support to help people in high need situations, perhaps feeling overwhelmed, isolated and at a point of crisis. We can provide a wide range of practical, flexible, one-to-one support, either online, over the telephone or face to face for any age group. This includes support young people transitioning from supported housing to their own accommodation for the first time. Support can help with: Loneliness and isolation, creating links with the community Health or mental health needs and referrals Online applications for support, housing or financial benefits and budgeting skills Property repairs and increasingly hoarding One specialist area is helping to manage severe clutter and hoarding. Working directly alongside residents, we remove safety hazards, restore essential spaces like kitchens and bathrooms and resolve housing issues to prevent eviction. By respecting personal belongings, establishing easy daily routines and connecting clients with ongoing community care, we create safe, functional homes and long-term stability. Our person-centred hoarding support is there to help people who feel completely overwhelmed by clutter. Working directly alongside residents in high-risk properties, we step into difficult situations with patience and zero judgment, to tackle the root causes of hoarding, make homes safe and functional, prevent evictions, and help people regain control of their lives. We work directly with private individuals and their families, as well as taking referrals from: Housing Associations & Local Authorities Adult Social Care & Health Teams Emergency Services & Fire Prevention Teams Community Organisations & Charities

We offer a range of services aiming to enhance later life: Our core service is information and advice on issues of concern to older people. An at home Benefit form-filling service for those unable to attend the office. Services which help to alleviate loneliness and social isolation; such as Luncheon and social clubs and telephone & visitor befriending services. Services to help older people remain in their own homes for as long as they wish, include; a handyperson scheme for odd jobs, installing keysafes and grab-rails and a cleaning and shopping service. We also offer one-to-one, digital inclusion/computer classes from our Worcester Office.

Our Mission is to support blind, partially sighted, dual sensory loss, hard of hearing, deafened and d/Deaf people to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We support individuals with sensory loss or difficulties related to their sensory impairment, their families, carers and friends. We also provide advice to professionals, members of the public, community groups and anyone else who wants to make a positive difference to the lives of people with sensory impairments. We have a large network of local and national professionals who we alongside, such as GP’s, opticians and other charities.
